✨What you might experience during a session: ✨
• Heavy or light body sensation
• Tingling in hands, feet, or other body parts
• Warm or cold sensation spreading through the body
• Subtle vibrations moving through different areas
• Emotional release, sometimes tears without a clear reason
• Random memories resurfacing
• Muscle twitches or small body jerks
• Stomach gurgling as things start to pass through
• Vivid imagination or dreamlike sequences
• Busy or racing thoughts at first
• Visual imagery or colors behind closed eyes
• A floating or drifting sensation
• A feeling of being “in between” awake and asleep
• A sudden urge to go to the bathroom
• Sudden clarity or insights
• Gentle energy shifts in the chest or stomach
• Nothing at all, just rest
• Sleep

And honestly, all of it is normal. Every nervous system responds differently. There is no right or wrong.

Your body will respond in the way it needs to and in the way it feels ready.

Lately I’ve been playing around with adding more i

Lately I’ve been playing around with adding more instruments into my sessions, airy synth textures, layered sounds I perform live, and new tonal colors that deepen the journey. I decided to bring in a solo moment with this flute as well. I’ve always found its sound incredibly ethereal and soothing, almost like it floats through the space and gently slows everything down. It felt like the perfect addition to the atmosphere I’m creating.
